For Ant-Man 3, the role of Cassie Lang has been recast and Kathryn Netwon will replace Emma Fuhrmann.
For Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, the role of Cassie Lang has been recast. Emma Fuhrmann was playing the role of Cassie Lang. But in Ant-Man 3, Kathryn Newton will take over the role of Cassie. The third instalment of Ant-Man franchise will be directed by Peyton Reed. The movie will introduce Kang The Conqueror to the MCU.
Michael Douglas and Michelle Pfeiffer will reprise their respective roles from the previous Ant-Man movies. As per now, there is no reason as to why there is a change of cast for the character of Cassie Long. The only thing we know is that Kathryn Newton, Freaky star will be playing the role of Cassie in Ant-Man 3.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania release date is not yet revealed and the production will begin in the spring of 2021. Thus, it is safe to assume that the movie will premiere in late 2022 or early 2023.
